Founder & CEO, Modest Girls

A Heart for Mentorship

Lashanda Evette, affectionately known as “Ms. Tootie,” is the visionary founder and CEO of Modest Girls, a faith-based mentorship and leadership program dedicated to empowering young girls to embrace their God-given identity with confidence, wisdom, and grace.

Passionate about cultivating a new generation of Proverbs 31 girls, Lashanda equips girls with the tools to lead with integrity, emotional intelligence, and modesty both in character and appearance.

Growing a Movement

Under Lashanda’s leadership, Modest Girls has grown into a powerful movement offering mentorship programs, leadership training, workshops, and community outreach initiatives.

Through speaking engagements, digital resources, and hands-on mentorship, Lashanda continues to encourage young girls to become confident role models in their schools, churches, and communities.

The Vision for the Future

Driven by the belief that true beauty and confidence come from within, Lashanda envisions a future where every girl understands her worth in Christ and uses her influence to impact the world for good.

When she’s not mentoring or leading events, Lashanda enjoys spending time with loved ones, reading, journaling, and listening to music.

Her life’s mission is rooted in faith, service, and a commitment to inspiring the next generation of strong, confident young women.

Organizations We Serve

Modest Girls partners with schools, churches, youth organizations, and community programs to provide mentorship, workshops, and leadership development for girls ages 10–18.

Our goal is to equip girls with confidence, emotional intelligence, and faith-centered values that will guide them throughout their lives.
